About Us

Who We Are

Short Term Stays is a serviced accommodation and property management company that began in London, providing professionally managed apartments for business and leisure travellers seeking a comfortable alternative to hotels.

As the business has grown, we have expanded beyond the UK and now operate across London, Dubai and Cyprus, working with property owners and investors to deliver high quality short stay accommodation and exceptional guest experiences.

In addition to welcoming guests, we also provide short term rental management for property owners. Our service is particularly suited to landlords based abroad or those with holiday homes that would otherwise remain empty for long periods.

Unlike many short let management companies, we offer flexibility for owners to continue using their property themselves. Landlords can block dates and stay at their property whenever they wish, provided the dates are available and reasonable notice is given.

Our goal is simple: to combine the comfort and privacy of a home with the standards and reliability of a professionally managed stay, while helping property owners maximise the potential of their property.
